Shipping:

All Orogio Jewelers orders are shipped FREE via UPS Ground, and any order placed before 2:00 pm will go out the same day, provided all items are in stock. Every piece we ship is insured for its full value and we do require a signature upon delivery. We can also provide rush delivery for an additional charge. Below is a list of delivery options we can provide:

• UPS Next Day Air — Guaranteed by UPS to arrive the very next business day.

• UPS Second Day Air — Guaranteed by UPS to arrive within two business days.

• UPS Three-Day Delivery — Arrives within three business days, not guaranteed.

. USPS Priority mail - Arrives within five days

. USPS Priority Express - Arrives next day

Should you choose one of these options the additional charge will be computed and added at the time of placing the order. If you have any questions regarding shipping or handling, or need a gift tomorrow, call and let us know — 201 567 0900. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Please note: Additional duties and/or taxes may apply if shipped to Canada. When you place an order with Orogio.com you authorize the Customs broker to act as your agent with Canada Customs to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. In case of return, the custom fees, duties and taxes are not credited by Orogio.


Engraving:

Orogio Jewelers will gladly personalize any item we sell that can be engraved. We offer both hand engraving and machine engraving, and a choice of two lettering styles — block or script. We'll be happy to assist you in deciding which lettering style and type of engraving is best for the piece(s) you've chosen.

We will engrave the inside of any wedding band we sell at no additional charge, and are happy to engrave any other engraveable piece of jewelry for a small additional charge. The exact amount will be determined at the time of purchase, based on the individual piece, the number of characters and the type of engraving chosen.

Please note that once a product is engraved it can not be returned. However, you can order a product and, once you're sure you like it, return it to us to be engraved, incurring only the applicable engraving charges.

Returns:
Our return policy is simple: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return any item in its original condition and with its receipt - within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store Credit. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way, Custom orders like orders with engraving,  special finger sizes can  not be accepted for credits or an exchange.
